The newly built Agava Apartments are enjoying a peaceful location in the residential area of Makarska, boasting magnificent sea views and state-of-the-art facilities, only 150 metres from the beach.
The centre of the seaside resort can be reached within 3 minutes by car, but you can also take a nice stroll down the promenade along the beach. There you can admire the natural surroundings and stop by at one of the many restaurants, coffee shops and pubs, which are also open during night hours.
For your comfort, there is a secured underground car garage with a lift which will take you directly to your apartment.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
